A Synchro Deck using Jinhua Cat (Kinka-Byo) to special summon LV1 Tuner Monsters to Synchro Summon LV8 Monster.
If you have LV1 Tuner Monster in the graveyard you don’t need to draw a tuner monster to Synchro Summon because Jinhua Cat can revive LV1 Tuner multiple times.
He using Devil Zoa as a Synchro Material not because of a high atk but because it can revive multiple times by Swing of Memories/Silent Dead (Silent Fiend) etc…

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to its owner’s hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster from your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, remove from play that monster.
A monster whose full potential can be achieved when outfitted with “Metalmorph”.
If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a DARK Synchro Monster, you can destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card.
Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your Graveyard. It is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn.
