You can activate this card when your opponent draws a card outside of his/her Draw Phase. After that, each time your opponent draws cards outside his/her Draw Phase, you draw 2 cards.

Your opponent adds all cards in his/her hand to the Deck and shuffles the Deck. Your opponent then draws the same number of cards that he/she added to the Deck.
